  Requirements

  • Supplier designs 1/2p, 1/4p and cover ads with a minimum font size of 6 points
  • Maximum number of product photos per ad:  4 for a 1/2p ad,  2 for a 1/4p ad
  • Ads must include NTP-STAG #s, manufacturer's #s, and descriptions when two or more items are listed together
  • Products in displays and planograms must be stocked by NTP-STAG
  • Displays must include an itemized list of everything included in the display including display dimensions,
    products and quantity of each (if any), signage, marketing materials, etc.
  • Planograms must include a detailed parts breakdown including NTP-STAG #s, mfg. #s, part descriptions
    and quantities
  • Ads must include how displays will be shipped and who pays for freight
  • Ads must be approved by the NTP-STAG  or Keystone marketing coordinator prior to uploading to the FTP site
  • Last year's ad will be used when ad materials aren't uploaded to the FTP site by the due date
  • Cover ads can only be branding ads without part numbers
